You will receive all of our services free of charge

You will be treated with kindness and compassion and may leave the center whenever you wish

Your story will be listened to with respect and courtesy, and without judgment, ridicule or rejection

You have the right to withhold any information you do not want to share with a volunteer and all information shared will be held in strict and absolute confidence, except in rare circumstances when prohibited by law

You will receive accurate information about pregnancy, fetal development, life-style issues and related concerns

The Hope Pregnancy Center does not provide abortion or referrals for abortion, but we are committed to offering accurate information about abortion procedures and risks

You may refuse any information you do not wish to receive

You will receive honest and open answers

You will be directed to other appropriate resources that could support you and supply you with additional help and information

You will be given ongoing support, in accordance with your needs

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I am a minor?

We serve clients of all ages. If you are a minor, we have no legal responsibility to notify parents or guardians.

How do you keep my information confidential?

Client information is held in strict confidence. We are required by law to disclose information in a situation where there is apparent imminent harm for you or others. Without imminent harm, we do not give any information out about you to anyone, unless you sign a consent form authorizing us to do so.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You do not need to bring anything with you to your appointment. You are welcome to bring a friend or partner to your appointment. The friend or partner will be asked to wait in the waiting room during the intake portion of your appointment. After the intake, the decision will be left up to you if you want the friend or partner to remain in the waiting room, or if you want them to join you for the remainder of the session.

Do I have to make an appointment?

If there is not an appointment in session, then we may be able to take a walk-in. If we are not able to see you immediately, we will schedule you in our nex
